1. Who can access WOW! Hyderabad online?

There are mainly two types of Users for WOW! Hyderabad: Registered Users, Print Version Subscribers.

2. What is the difference between Print Subscribers and Registered Users?

Print Subscribers are the existing subscribers of WOW! Hyderabad print magazine or those who subscribe by paying online to WOW! Hyderabad print version through this Website. Both of them get access to all sections of the Website.

Registered users are those who fill out a registration form and get free access to all sections of the site except the articles of the current issue of WOW! Hyderabad, which appear on the side menu.

Note : Special offer for free registered users for the month of October 2005!
 The current issue of WOW! Hyderabad which is available only to paid  subscribers is now available for free registered users for a period of 1 month!

3. I am a print version subscriber. How do I access the Online Version?

Existing print version subscribers just need to enter their subscription ID of WOW! Hyderabad as it appears on the postage cover of the magazine in the activation form and press the submit button. They can start browsing the magazine online once they choose their login name and password. An email will also be sent to the user with details of his username, password and the date of expiry of his subscription.

4. Where do I subscribe and how much do I pay for subscribing?

Subscription has different rates depending on the shipping address. Please refer subscription page for the rates.

All payments for the subscriptions are to be done through credit card.

5. Can I subscribe only for Online Version?

Yes, you can subscribe only for online version. Online Versions subscribers have access to all features of the site.

6. I am a print version subscriber. Can I renew my subscription online?

Yes, you can renew your print subscription online. You just have to choose the renew option in the ‘subscription type’ and enter your subscription ID in the subscription form.

7. I have just subscribed online for the print version. How soon will I get the print version?

Subscriptions will be effective from the following month. For example, if you have subscribed on August5th, the first issue that you will receive will be the October issue.

8. I live overseas. Can I subscribe to the Print Version?

Yes, you can. But rates for overseas delivery are different.

9. What are the features that free registered users can access?

All sections, except the current issue which appears as the side menu. All sections on top menu are available for free registered users. (Share your photos, Private Party, Listings, E Shopping)

10. Who is privileged to shop on WOW! Hyderabad?

All registered users and subscribers are allowed to shop through WOW! Hyderabad.

11. What is the currency of payment for the products and services on WOW! Hyderabad?

All payments will be accepted in US Dollars only. If the pricing is shown in other currency, the equivalent of that price in US $ will be charged from your credit card.

12. What credit cards are accepted by WOW! Hyderabad?

You can pay by any of the major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa and American Express issued anywhere in the world.
