Mirosa Café and Kitchen is a quiet café tucked away in a small lane off the main Himayath Nagar road. The menu includes unique veg and non-veg options in everything from Continental, Asian to fast food.
The café is situated in what might have been an old house renovated to look modern. The use of neutral colors, cane light fixtures, lush green plants with strategically placed seating make up the décor. All these elements come together to create cozy corners for Instagram worthy pictures.
We took our seats on the first floor of the café overlooking the balcony and the outdoor seating space. We decided to order the Loaded Mexican Nachos and Paneer Popcorn among the starters along with Sparkling Peach Sunrise and Spicy Jamun from the beverages section. For the main course we ordered the Cottage Cheese Steak along with Mamarosa Pasta(a pasta in pink sauce).
The drinks and starters were served quite fast with the Paneer Popcorn being crisp and tasty; however, the Loaded Mexican Nachos were a letdown as they were a bit soggy and not well plated. The Sparkling Peach Sunrise and Spicy Jamun had the right amount of sweet and sour to complement the food. We particularly enjoyed the Mamarosa Pasta which had a refreshing medley of flavors. Lastly, despite a limited dessert menu, we decided to finish off our meal with a Chocolate Tart which didn’t quite meet our expectations and could have been better.
All in all, Mirosa is a great place to hang out with friends or grab a quick meal with family in a picturesque ambience. n
